Right to Use Student Name in Result declaration

Any student who registers / sign up for a course offered by by ParadygM A&R or its associate divisions , hereby unequivocally and irrevocably assigns to ParadygM A&R the right to use his or her name in the Results declaration page(s) on their website and in any marketing material, whether online or offline, that ParadygM A&R so choses to create to promote its courses.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to courses offered by ParadygM A&R or arising out of the courses offered by ParadygM A&R , or arising out of the current website will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore (India). Anyone approaching ParadygM A& R through email, phone calls or any other medium of communication for purposes of inquiring about the courses or for the purposes of undertaking the courses offered herewith, agrees to be bound by this jurisdiction clause.

Right to refuse admission

ParadygM A&R has the right to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason. ParadygM A&R's decision in this matter will be final.

No Refund of fees

If the student registers for any of the courses listed on this website and pays the course fees (in whole or in part), the student will not be entitled to any refund of the fees, in the event he/she decides to discontinue the said course for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to sickness, family problems or financial problems.

Taxes

If any taxes are applicable, the same will be collected from the student in addition to the fee which is being paid for the course. This is specially with reference to the service tax / GST applicable at the time of collection of course fee.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ParadygM A&R be liable for any loss of profits or revenue, or loss or inaccuracy of data or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages incurred by the other Party. ParadygM A&R's liability, if any, will be limited to refunding of fees collected from the particular student for the said course.
